On March 18, the Xinjiang Karamay (Shanghai) Investment Promotion Conference themed "Shanghai-Karamay Collaboration to Draw a Blueprint" was grandly held in Shanghai. This industrial matchmaking event spanning over 4,000 kilometers has established an important platform for complementary advantages and win-win cooperation between the two regions. Shanghai Zhongnong Mayer Energy Technology Co., Ltd., as a key strategic platform for Guangzhou Mayer in the integration of new energy and modern agriculture in Shanghai, has been dedicated to promoting the application of low-carbon technologies such as phase change energy storage in agriculture and related industries since its establishment, continuously exploring new pathways for the coordinated development of green energy and modern agriculture. The company's general manager, Zhang Yana, was invited to attend the conference and successfully signed the Karamay Zhongnong Mayer Carbon and Agricultural Demonstration Park project with relevant units of Karamay City on behalf of the company. This project became one of the 27 key projects signed during the conference, adding a new model of cooperation between Shanghai and Karamay in the integration of new energy and modern agriculture.

The newly signed agricultural demonstration park project, a joint venture between Shanghai Zhongnong Mayer and Carbon and Technology with a total investment of 45 million yuan, is located in Karamay Cloud Computing Industrial Park. Leveraging local abundant computing resources and superior industrial infrastructure, the project utilizes phase-change energy storage technology for waste heat recovery, marking the first liquid-cooled data center waste heat recovery initiative to provide stable and clean thermal energy for facility agriculture. The project will be developed in two phases: Phase I will construct a 1,000-square-meter tomato production greenhouse, a 3,000-square-meter Phalaenopsis orchid greenhouse, and supporting facilities; Phase II will expand to include office buildings, dormitories, exhibition greenhouses, strawberry and leafy vegetable production greenhouses, as well as aquaculture workshops.

Through the self-developed phase-change energy storage material, the project enables efficient storage and precise release of waste heat resources, effectively addressing thermal pollution in data centers while reducing energy consumption in agricultural production. It is projected to significantly replace greenhouse gas emissions from traditional coal-fired heating systems, thereby maximizing energy utilization efficiency.
Estimates indicate that during the project's operational phase, it will not only generate substantial economic benefits but also create stable local employment opportunities, enhance the supply of premium "food basket" products, and support the development of Karamay as a national carbon peaking pilot zone. The 27 key projects signed this time total 23.914 billion yuan, spanning sectors including petrochemicals, new energy, and digital economy. The establishment of the Carbon and Agricultural Demonstration Park project will further enrich the scope of industrial collaboration between Shanghai and Karamay, injecting new momentum into building a "one mainstay, multiple diversifications" modern industrial system for both regions.
Shanghai Zhongnong Mayer will seize this signing opportunity to accelerate project construction progress, deepen the application of phase-change energy storage technology in the agricultural sector, and contribute innovative efforts to Karamay's pioneering achievement of socialist modernization across Xinjiang.
A delegation from Karamay Digital Development Bureau visited Guangzhou Mayer for inspection and research.
On March 22, a delegation from the Digital Development Bureau of Karamay City, Xinjiang, led by Party Secretary and Director Dai Zhenkun, visited Guangzhou Mayer for an inspection tour. The delegation toured the exhibition hall and production workshop of Mayer, gained an in-depth understanding of the company's development, and highly praised the innovative achievements of Mayer Energy Storage, recognizing the forward-looking nature of the agricultural demonstration park project.

During the inspection period, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on energy storage technology R&D, industrial layout, and project implementation preparations, laying a solid foundation for subsequent project advancement and industrial collaboration. This also marked a new phase for Huke Collaboration, transitioning from contract signing to practical implementation.
