On January 18, the launch event for Volume V of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China was successfully held in Hengqin, Macao. The event was guided by China Economic Books Import & Export Co., Ltd. and the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Innovation Integrity Alliance, and supported by enterprises including Huiyuan Cowins Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Mayer Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Mayer Technology”), a subsidiary of Guangzhou Mayer Corp., Ltd.

Dozens of authoritative domestic and international media outlets provided extensive coverage of the event, which attracted more than 200 representatives from government agencies, academia, enterprises, and overseas Chinese communities. At the event, Chairman Lam Chin Chun shared insights drawn from corporate practice, highlighting the company’s sense of responsibility in advancing green agricultural technology innovation under the guidance of China’s innovation-driven development philosophy. During the roundtable discussion, he noted that high-quality development must be underpinned by solid foundations in standardization, digitalization, and industrialization, which together constitute a critical cornerstone of development security.

Addressing challenges related to food security and constraints on land resources, Lam emphasized the need to elevate the role of agricultural science and technology in development. He underscored the importance of embracing change, adapting to change, and driving change in order to overcome structural challenges—an approach that represents a vivid application of the innovation-driven development philosophy articulated in Volume V of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China.

Its AI-powered data center waste heat recovery project delivers dual benefits by supplying residual heat for residential use while also providing heating for greenhouse facilities. The phase-change energy storage smart greenhouse system, integrating multi-energy complementary technologies, enables year-round high-efficiency cultivation in tropical regions and achieves the combined goals of energy conservation, yield enhancement, and quality improvement.
